3/2009 – 7/2010

I joined Firaxis as the Lead Animator and Character TD for Civilization V. I was hired just as production was getting underway and immediately had to design the custom rigging for the characters in 3DS Max.

Along with animation, I helped guide the modeling team on a optimizing character model edge flow and tessellation to allow for better deformations.

Civilization V was all key frame animation. Here are is some of my work on Washington and Alexander.
